We're hiring a Recruitment Specialist with hands-on experience in healthcare recruitment. If you've got a sharp eye for talent and a solid understanding of medical hiring in the UAE, this role might be for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Source and screen candidates for clinical & non-clinical roles
• Coordinate interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Handle onboarding coordination and support licensing processes
• Maintain pipelines for priority positions

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of healthcare recruitment experience in the UAE
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards & ATS
• Understanding of DOH/DHA licensing is a plus
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
