We are currently seeking an experienced GPS/IVMS Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah.

Responsibilities:

1. Servicing customers by installing systems and products, conducting acceptance tests.
2. Maintaining rapport with clients by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements.
3. Maintaining customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
4. Directing our technical support team in case of technical problems in IVMS hardware.
5. Providing technical support to help clients maximize benefits from fleet software.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office.
5. Open to all nationalities.
6. Driving license is optional.
