Job Description
- Perform tests on weapons to produce reliable and precise data supporting scientific investigations.
- Conduct daily safety meetings for testing teams to ensure awareness of safety protocols.
- Evaluate, document, and quantify performance of prototype, pre-production, and production weapons accurately.
- Participate in mock-up checks to verify ergonomic and functional design suitability.
- Test accessory products installed on weapons and assess their impact on weapon dynamics.
- Perform mechanical tasks during testing, including replacing parts as needed.
- Maintain and service test units through cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Stay informed about technological and mechanical advances relevant to the company and competitors.
- Support consumer research events and maintain physical and mental readiness for testing.
- Assist other departments during testing and preparation of weapons.
- Develop technical content and videos to showcase product advantages, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Support engineering during prototyping, including cutting, grinding, and metal forming tasks.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and SOPs in all tasks.
