Indian Concierge in Sharjah

We are hiring a friendly and efficient Indian Concierge to join our team in Sharjah. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests and residents of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests and residents with a warm welcome and assist with check-in and check-out processes
2. Provide information about the property, its services, and local attractions
3. Book reservations for restaurants, transportation, shows, and other activities
4. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
5. Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
6. Monitor security cameras in the lobby to ensure safety of guests and residents
7. Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
8. Coordinate with housekeeping to fulfill guests' requests for amenities or supplies
9. Keep track of guest preferences such as room location or special requests for future visits
10. Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service to guests

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
• Physically able to lift heavy luggage if needed

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with shifts that may vary depending on business needs. The starting salary for this position is $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided.
