About the location:

Located within a 34-storey glass tower that is both high-tech and environmentally advanced, the hotel offers 200 light-filled accommodations, including 38 suites with water views, and features six creative restaurants and lounges.

About the role:

The Crust Kitchen Commis II assists the Chefs in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and helps maintain high standards & quality of food preparation.

What you will do:
  1. Prepare food items according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs, and instructions.
  2. Assist Demi Chef De Partie / Chef de Partie in establishing and ensuring compliance with standard recipes.
  3. Participate in product development and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  4. Maintain knowledge of cuisines and food sanitation standards.
  5. Adhere to Four Seasons Food Standards.
  6. Demonstrate professional behavior and a positive attitude at all times.
  7. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sous Chef, Chef De Cuisine, or Executive Chef.
What you bring:
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
  2. Outgoing personality and a can-do approach.
  3. High level of understanding of food and/or wine.
  4. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  5. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
