Digital DirAction is looking for a dynamic and organizedAccount Manager with a strong Content Strategy mindsetto lead our client communication, content planning, and creative execution.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and expectations.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with each brand's voice and goals.
  • Collaborate with video, design, and content teams to create scroll-stopping creatives.
  • Lead content briefs, feedback rounds, and ensure final approval before publishing.
  • Monitor analytics and provide performance insights to clients.
  • Ensure timely deliverables by working closely with internal teams and clients.
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or content-driven role.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically about brand growth.
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, CTR, etc.).
  • Experience using tools like Trello, Notion, or similar project management platforms is a plus.
