What you'll do:
Join a team of some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people in the industry. As part of the Supermall team, you will be responsible for managing site security operations, including surveillance, access control, investigations, and compliance audits, ensuring adherence to SLAs and effective stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, build stakeholder relationships, and promote effective supply chain processes.
- Understand, align with, and articulate the vision and values of the S&LP department and the business. Be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts as necessary.
- Manage physical security of sites through guarding services and monitor the functioning of electronic surveillance devices.
- Handle SLP JIRA requests for CCTV to ensure SLA compliance.
- Complete ad-hoc and batch badge requests within SLA, assigning access with proper approvals.
- Escalate critical incidents to relevant business partners (SLP leadership, Operations, HR, Legal, Safety, etc.).
- Build effective working relationships within the team and manage stakeholders to drive closure of recommendations and action plans. Partner with internal customers to evaluate security services, processes, and initiatives.
- Conduct preliminary analysis and investigations of internal and external losses.
- Perform detailed investigations, identify root causes, and develop reports and management action plans for process improvement and compliance.
- Interview individuals for policy violations, including theft cases, and report investigation results.
- Utilize resources such as data, CCTV, and other surveillance tools for loss analysis and investigations.
- Manage access controls and security tools (keys, asset tags, CCTV, metal detectors, turnstiles, radios, etc.).
- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory authorities (e.g., SIRA, SIA) regarding security equipment and issues.
- Act as the point of contact for law enforcement and emergency situations.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or related areas.
- Strong experience as a business partner supporting decision-making and strategic initiatives to improve financial performance.
- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to develop project & program work plans and ensure compliance.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and establishing effective relationships.
- Knowledge of logistics & supply chain management processes.
- SIRA certification.
