  5. Work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong internal and external relationships.
  6. Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding digital management and foster long-term relationships.
  8. Set digital strategies tailored to each customer’s specific requirements.
  9. Design and implement digital projects aimed at increasing customer ROI.
  10. Respond promptly and effectively to client queries.
  11. Manage web and mobile app design and development projects.
  12. Report on and analyze social media channels, websites, and digital campaigns, sharing insights with clients.
  13. Keep abreast of current digital technology trends.
  14. Oversee task assignments and management within the team’s project management system.
