Accountabilities

(The accountabilities listed below are indicative and not exhaustive)

  1. Develop, conduct, and deliver research reports and custom consulting projects in the telecom and tech domain.
  2. Collaborate with the business team to shape research programs that address key questions using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
  3. Explore and implement new research tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and Tableau for data analysis and presentation.
  4. Gain market insights and perform competitive analysis to inform strategic product planning and growth roadmaps.
  5. Manage various research programs including Customer Satisfaction, Brand Health Monitoring, Market Sizing, Segmentation, Usage & Awareness studies, Concept Testing, Pricing Analysis, and other ad hoc requests.
Relationship Management

Key relationships include:

  • Clients: Understand client needs and manage ongoing interactions for research projects.
  • Internal teams: Coordinate with research, analytics, operations, finance, and other departments.
  • External vendors: Work with interviewers, moderators, and operational vendors.
Qualifications

Scope:

  1. Deep understanding of the telecom industry.
  2. Knowledge of current tech trends and industry evolution.
  3. Focus on consumer research within telecom and tech sectors.
  4. Experience managing a USD 1 million client with multiple stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in quantitative data analysis using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Ability to understand technical and delivery aspects of research projects.
  • Familiarity with analysis tools and data interpretation.
  • Experience in questionnaire development and handling large datasets.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to operate in multicultural environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in Market Research.
