Job description

We are currently recruiting for a prestigious High Luxury Brand seeking a RETAIL MANAGER to join their team and oversee their stores within the DUBAI MALL.

RETAIL MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / DUBAI MALL
Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the flagship store and concessions within Dubai Mall to achieve retail goals and targets, ensuring customer service excellence.
  2. Lead, coach, and motivate managers and sales team (approx. 55 people) to meet KPIs and deliver superior service.
  3. Train and mentor managers to ensure team development and growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data, generate reports, and suggest performance improvements.
  5. Ensure stores are adequately staffed, maintaining a strong customer service presence.
  6. Foster a positive work environment, resolve issues swiftly, and maintain team morale.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize store operations and customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. At least 6 years of experience in a managerial role within luxury retail.
  2. Proven experience in store management, preferably within luxury brands.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  5. Passion for luxury products and delivering exceptional customer service.
  6. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  7. Fluent in English.
