Relationship Manager - Small Business Finance (Outsource)

Job Description
Key Metrics:

- Consumer satisfaction, loan/financing repayment performance, delinquency rates, consumer retention, complaints, compliance with regulatory requirements and codes of conduct
- Number of valid customer complaints, percentage of delinquent customers, customer exits due to financial crime compliance
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Credit
- Acquire volumes from existing portfolio and through contacts; develop a database of qualified leads via referrals, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking
- Prepare high-standard call reports
- Prepare credit applications, analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations
- Assess client needs, monitor financial health, and ensure documentation and collateral are complete
- Manage disbursements, adjustments, and ensure credit lines are valid and available
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth transaction processing
- Adhere to bank policies and report exceptions
- Conduct regular site visits for credit monitoring and follow up on recoveries
- Provide suitable options to clients, ensuring ethical sales practices and transparency of terms
Customer Service
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Provide high-quality service and respond to customer calls professionally
- Develop and maintain relationships to meet revenue and profit targets
- Conduct regular client visits
Internal / External Cooperation
- Collaborate effectively with all bank employees and support departments
- Build trust, communicate effectively, foster innovation, and demonstrate integrity
- Complete mandatory training and pursue skill development opportunities
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of ADIB's Business Banking products and services
- Experience in credit analysis and appraisal techniques
- Understanding of bank policies, UAE banking regulations, AML regulations, and competitive market awareness
- Proficiency in service standards, cross-selling, and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum five years of relationship management experience in banking
- Bachelor's degree required
