The Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst with strong research, writing, and analytical skills to support client mandates across policy, public affairs, and strategic communications. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for geopolitics, global policy trends, and stakeholder engagement, with experience working in or with government, multilateral institutions, or corporate public affairs. Experience in the Middle East and North Africa region, particularly the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze geopolitical and regulatory developments impacting clients across global markets.
2. Conduct stakeholder mapping and develop intelligence briefs to support client strategy.
3. Draft memos, talking points, executive summaries, and reports for internal and external audiences.
4. Support the development of thought leadership and strategic content aligned with client priorities.
5. Track media and political narratives to identify reputational opportunities or risks.
6. Coordinate with global advisory teams to ensure integrated delivery across regions and disciplines.
7. Assist in the development of new business proposals, pitch materials, and presentations.
8. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and strategic planning.
9. Support the organization of thematic events, conferences, and roundtables.

Skills & Experience:

1. Significant experience in geopolitics, government relations, public affairs consulting, or international organizations.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in international relations, political science, public policy, or a related field.
3. Exceptional writing, editing, and research capabilities.
4. Strong understanding of geopolitical dynamics, multilateral institutions, and regional affairs.
5. Ability to synthesize complex issues clearly and concisely for executive audiences.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
7. Collaborative and client-service mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
8. Arabic or other foreign language proficiency is a plus.
