Since launching in 2017, noon has expanded its services across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt, with an ever-growing ecosystem that includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. Our journey is only 5% complete, and we are committed to achieving our mission: Ring every doorbell, every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. On-ground Campaign Execution: Execute innovative campaigns, including activations, sponsorships, and direct marketing initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  2. Vendor Management: Procure and work with different vendors to execute brand and marketing campaigns. Be responsible for budgets and timelines. Work cross-functionally with different business units to ensure smooth operations. Support internal noon Press Operations responsible for media production.
  3. Event & Activation Management: Organize and oversee promotional events, trade shows, roadshows, and product sampling activities. Ensure all activations align with brand messaging and business objectives. Maintain branding consistency across all kiosks and promotional setups. Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and event organizers for effective campaign execution.
  4. Video Commerce: Execution and Team Oversight: Oversee and manage day-to-day shoots. Ensure the team meets daily targets. Conduct quality checks and seek continuous efficiency improvements. Track and analyze team productivity and performance.
  5. Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships. Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contracts. Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns. Analyze partnership performance and generate reports. Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals.

What you'll need:

  • Management experience in production agencies, store operations, or brand work is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in BTL, brand activations, or event management.
  • Strong understanding of consumer engagement strategies and brand activations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks during events.
  • UAE Driving license.
  • Willingness to travel for on-ground activations and events.
