Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for assigned brands. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing clear digital marketing objectives, channels, messaging, budgets, and analytics/reporting frameworks.
- Designing reporting dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify challenges.
- Implementing strategies across SEM, programmatic advertising, re-marketing, and acquisition campaigns.
- Selecting and optimizing platforms and tools to support campaign goals.
- Managing agency relationships, ensuring proper briefing, cost control, and performance optimization.
- Launching and managing paid search and social media campaigns, including ad group and keyword setup.
- Monitoring and optimizing media buying on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Developing display and social media campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Monitoring competitor campaigns and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Creating, testing, and optimizing ad copy and landing pages.
- Conducting keyword research to expand reach.
- Analyzing data from tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Ensuring campaigns stay within budget and meet objectives.
- Identifying and escalating risks at strategy and campaign levels.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to optimize spend and outcomes.
- Working with creative teams to develop campaign assets.
- Staying updated on digital marketing trends and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Governance and Process Management
- Follow company processes for onboarding suppliers.
- Develop reporting mechanisms for project briefs, strategies, and performance.
Organizational Management
- Prepare end-of-campaign reports with recommendations for future campaigns.
- Ensure brand message consistency across campaigns.
- Perform other duties as required, handling confidential information with discretion.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing efforts across multiple brands/projects.
- At least 5 years of experience with key tools like analytics platforms, ad serving, and search consoles.
- Experience in developing digital marketing strategies in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and project management skills.
- Experience with exhibitions or events is beneficial.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adroll, Criteo, Search Console, Hootsuite, etc.
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
