Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for assigned brands. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Establishing clear digital marketing objectives, channels, messaging, budgets, and analytics/reporting frameworks.
  2. Designing reporting dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify challenges.
  3. Implementing strategies across SEM, programmatic advertising, re-marketing, and acquisition campaigns.
  4. Selecting and optimizing platforms and tools to support campaign goals.
  5. Managing agency relationships, ensuring proper briefing, cost control, and performance optimization.
  6. Launching and managing paid search and social media campaigns, including ad group and keyword setup.
  7. Monitoring and optimizing media buying on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  8. Developing display and social media campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn.
  9. Monitoring competitor campaigns and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  10. Creating, testing, and optimizing ad copy and landing pages.
  11. Conducting keyword research to expand reach.
  12. Analyzing data from tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console.
  13. Ensuring campaigns stay within budget and meet objectives.
  14. Identifying and escalating risks at strategy and campaign levels.
  15. Collaborating with marketing teams to optimize spend and outcomes.
  16. Working with creative teams to develop campaign assets.
  17. Staying updated on digital marketing trends and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Governance and Process Management
  • Follow company processes for onboarding suppliers.
  • Develop reporting mechanisms for project briefs, strategies, and performance.
Organizational Management
  • Prepare end-of-campaign reports with recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Ensure brand message consistency across campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as required, handling confidential information with discretion.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing efforts across multiple brands/projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience with key tools like analytics platforms, ad serving, and search consoles.
  • Experience in developing digital marketing strategies in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and project management skills.
  • Experience with exhibitions or events is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adroll, Criteo, Search Console, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
