Kaizen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. At Kaizen, we are committed to creating vibrant and sustainable communities that provide exceptional living experiences to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Community management, including financial management, maintenance, and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws
  • Ensure service providers' compliance with company SLAs and KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize the buildings under management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Drive initiatives related to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, and authorities
  • Regularly assess the performance and efficiency of building operations
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal developments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in owners association management
  • Certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM)
  • Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners associations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in financial management and reporting
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship
  • Technologically savvy with experience in property management software
