HR & Training Manager
Job description
A leading multinational business with HQ in the UAE is currently looking for a HR & Training Manager to join their business.
The HR and Training Manager will support the HR Director in management and co-ordination of the Training function across the business.
- Development and review of training materials, including e-learning, across all areas of operation.
- Provision of guidance to line managers and trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups, for all staff.
- Develop Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and implement on a global scale across all areas of operation.
- General administration support for all staff.
- ISO folder development and implementation for corporate HR material (processes and procedures).
- Organization structure development across the business.
Minimum Requirements:
- University Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
- Understanding of how to manage and apply global employment law and best practice.
- 5 years minimum relevant experience.
- High level of knowledge and proven skills of all Training and general HR processes, procedures and tools.
- Fluent in English, oral and written.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Ability to run projects.
- Must put people first, working effectively with individuals and teams.
- Ability to produce new ideas, approaches, or insights and create innovative products and designs for the business.
- The individual must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and be willing to accept new ideas and initiatives.
