Job Description

• Oversee the coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines to ensure seamless integration into the project.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all MEP systems while adhering to budget constraints.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.
• Implement and enforce MEP project management protocols, striving for continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
• Ensure the effective management of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
• Develop risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks associated with MEP systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP project management, preferably in commercial or large-scale projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
