Support the regional team in driving commercial and business excellence by implementing and improving strategies such as SFE, bidding, commercial training, market research and analytics, field force development, and multichannel activities. Aim to increase top and bottom line results through resource optimization and enhanced customer engagement initiatives.
Act as a business partner to segments by designing, planning, and implementing commercial processes, projects, and initiatives to maximize impact across all Business Units and countries.
Major Accountabilities
- Drive continuous improvement in sales and bid processes, pricing, sales capabilities, tools, and supporting systems.
- Ensure effective communication of strategy, guidance, and best practices, providing deployment materials.
- Lead and support growth and operational excellence initiatives by managing strategy projects from inception to completion.
- Analyze industry trends, threats, expansion opportunities, and internal performance.
- Provide clear guidance on International SFE & CRM strategy for the region, coordinating with international teams for CRM design, rollout, and maintenance.
- Manage delivery of sales data to inform strategy and progress.
- Develop capabilities in data management, interpretation, and strategic implementation.
- Build collaborative relationships to understand regional issues and support through strategic guidance and tools.
- Establish sales analytics functions and performance dashboards for the region.
Bidding
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distributors on bidding strategies.
- Develop bidding activities and provide strategic advice.
Training
- Ensure upgrading and upskilling of customer-facing functions.
- Create training modules to enhance clinical, analytical, customer-oriented, and leadership skills.

Experience/Professional Requirements
- At least 5 years in healthcare industry.
- Minimum 3 years in strategic business management or related roles.
- At least 1 year in SFE/market research.
- Experience in strategy planning supporting healthcare executives.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
