Join our PM Services team in Abu Dhabi as a Contract Administrator and provide comprehensive Contract Administration support for a prestigious residential masterplan project in Abu Dhabi.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organise all project-related contracts, including main works contracts, subcontracts, consultancy agreements, and variations.
  • Ensure all contractual documents are accurately filed, tracked, and readily accessible.
  • Monitor key contractual dates, milestones, and obligations, proactively alerting the project team of upcoming deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of contract amendments, variations, and claims.
  • Maintain a register of all contractual correspondence and ensure timely responses.
  • Establish and maintain a robust document control system for all contract-related documentation.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely distribution of contractual documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track document submissions, approvals, and revisions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date record of all project drawings, specifications, and other technical documents relevant to the contracts.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the project team, client, contractors, and consultants on contractual matters.
  • Prepare and circulate contractual notices and correspondence as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on the status of contracts and potential risks.
  • Assist in the processing of payment applications, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • Track and monitor payment certificates and invoices.
  • Support the project team in managing contractual financial matters.
  • Ensure that all contract administration activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant local laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of contract administration processes and templates.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Commercial Manager on contract-related matters.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably required.
Key Skills & Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Contract Administration or Management is required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the UAE.
  • Sound understanding of standard forms of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT).
  • Familiarity with contract administration principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Understanding of project management principles and the construction lifecycle.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Qualifications & Training
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
