Job Description

We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who can assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products, with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

Role: Operations Manager i/c Culinary & Service

You will be responsible for managing the assigned bar/night club to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting or exceeding financial goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing staff schedules based on forecasts and staffing guidelines to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
  2. Conducting regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with departmental SOPs.
  3. Evaluating team performance and initiating internal development and promotions.
  4. Ensuring the timely setup of the Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
  5. Handling guest welcome and seating with the assistance of the Hostess.
  6. Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with patrons.
  7. Establishing and updating the outlet's database of regular guests.
  8. Touring the outlet regularly to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  9. Participating in promotional activities of the outlet.
  10. Supervising the kitchen to ensure food preparation and presentation adhere to SOPs and menu guidelines.
  11. Monitoring production standards to ensure high quality.
  12. Controlling food costs and participating in menu and concept development for events.
  13. Ensuring HACCP and hygiene standards are followed according to municipal requirements.
  14. Providing ongoing training to culinary staff and promoting health and safety.
  15. Approving requisitions for supplies considering stock levels.

**Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences:**

You should have a college or university degree with at least two years of experience in a similar role. Computer literacy, effective communication skills, and excellent command of written and spoken English are essential.
