Senior Associate, Digital Infrastructure Investments

Novus-Executives is supporting a sizeable global technology investor that is seeking a high-performing Senior Associate to join its Digital Infrastructure Investments team, focusing on global deployment in the digital infrastructure space.

The role offers global exposure and direct influence on investments shaping a critical piece of the digital infrastructure puzzle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all stages of the investment lifecycle, including deal origination, diligence, execution, and portfolio management
• Develop complex financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos
• Participate in in-depth commercial, technical, and operational due diligence on digital infrastructure assets (e.g., data centres, edge compute, high-performance networking)
• Engage with global stakeholders, advisors, and company management teams to evaluate and structure deals
• Contribute to post-investment value-creation initiatives, board engagement, and strategic planning
• Track global market trends and technological advancements to support investment theses and deal sourcing

Required Qualifications:

• 46 years of combined relevant work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of mandatory buyside investing experience
• Strong foundation in M&A or investment banking from a top-tier institution, with robust transaction experience
• Experience investing across the digital infrastructure space, including hyperscale and edge data centres, specialised compute assets, and connectivity infrastructure
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to handle complex capital structures and investment scenarios
• Commercial and strategic mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude and high integrity, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Undergraduate degree in finance, engineering, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, CFA, etc.) are a plus
