Join our team and be part of a luxury hospitality experience in the heart of Fujairah. We are looking for a Reservation Agent who is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in reservations within the hospitality industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in reservation systems and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
