The sales representatives will contribute to achieving Agrivita sales targets related to open market (municipality & Own outlet) channel by identifying potential customers, building relationships with them, executing sales, and providing customer support.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share in the feed sector.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's feed products and their applications to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting progress against targets and key performance indicators.
MIS & Reporting
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet Agthia and department requirements, policies, and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Bachelors.
3-4 years experience in Feed sales or Animal health market.
Knowledge of the feed market & scientific background in veterinary medicine / Animal health.
