Job description

We are looking for a HR Manager to join my clients organisation.

My clients are a hospitality business that have recently opened in the UAE, with a 10-year exposure in the European market. We are looking for Senior HR Manager to build and grow a team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building high-performing, inclusive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on organisational structure, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Design and manage recruitment processes to attract top talent across hospitality and support roles.
  • Establish onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Support leadership in building a strong, values-driven culture as the company scales.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices across all operating regions.
  • Manage employee records, HR systems, and documentation in line with data privacy regulations.
  • Handle sensitive employee issues with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

  • HR experience, within hospitality / startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and the UAE labor laws.
  • Experience building HR systems and processes from the ground up is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • CIPD certification or equivalent is desirable.

Salary: AED 25K + Benefits.
