Job Responsibilities:
- Analysis of leads received.

- Updating all systems as per the call with the customer.
- Processing requests or offers given to the customer.
- Constant follow-up with the concerned department if the process is delayed or not fulfilled as per the customer's request.
- Handling all customer issues, resolving them promptly, and highlighting them to the Team Leader (TL).
- Maintaining records of approvals, requests, and reports handled.
- Compiling daily and monthly reports and MIS for the team.
Qualifications:
