Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Analysis of leads received.
  2. Conversion of leads into sales.
  3. Updating all systems as per the call with the customer.
  4. Processing requests or offers given to the customer.
  5. Constant follow-up with the concerned department if the process is delayed or not fulfilled as per the customer's request.
  6. Handling all customer issues, resolving them promptly, and highlighting them to the Team Leader (TL).
  7. Maintaining records of approvals, requests, and reports handled.
  8. Compiling daily and monthly reports and MIS for the team.
Qualifications:
  • University Graduate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar work environment.
  • Preferably with a practical marketing background.
  • Strong sales and customer focus with the ability to think creatively and work under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Good team player with a result-driven attitude.
