Performance Marketing Manager Hantec Trader

Location: Dubai

Department: Marketing

Job Mission

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Hantec Trader, you will be responsible for owning the performance marketing strategy across all paid channels. You will generate qualified leads, drive purchases, and work closely with the CRM and Product teams to enhance the end-to-end customer journey. You will be expected to deploy data-driven strategies, automate campaign tracking, and stay ahead of industry trendsincluding using AI tools for ad optimisation and creative enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Paid Media Planning

Develop and execute full-funnel performance strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic platforms, and affiliate/display networks.

Lead Generation & Purchase Optimization

Focus on acquiring high-quality leads and first-time purchases while optimising CAC, ROAS, and LTV across segments.

Campaign Setup and Management

Launch, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across channels using advanced audience targeting, AI-generated creatives, and automation tools.

Tracking & Attribution

Implement and manage UTM structures, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and event-based attribution models across web/app platforms.

Funnel Collaboration

Work closely with CRM, Product, and Web teams to improve onboarding funnels, retargeting, and user journey personalisation.

Creative & Content Collaboration

Collaborate with designers and content teams to build high-performing ad creatives and landing pages. Leverage AI tools to test and generate variants for rapid A/B testing.

Reporting & Analytics

Work with Data team to set up dashboards to monitor and report on campaign KPIs, funnel performance, and experimentation outcomes.

Budget Management & Scaling

Allocate budgets based on channel performance and market trends, ensuring optimal spend across geographies and user segments.

Trend & Competitor Intelligence

Stay ahead of evolving ad platforms, privacy changes, and competitor activity. Make strategic recommendations based on findings.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing with proven success in managing six-figure budgets.
  • Strong domain knowledge of the CFD or fintech industry with an understanding of lead quality and purchase funnels.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Deep understanding of UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Experience working with AI tools (e.g. AdCreative.ai, Pencil, Copy.ai, ChatGPT) for content generation, testing, and performance prediction.
  • Hands-on experience improving landing pages, form funnels, and conversion rates.
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar tools for campaign analysis and reporting is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and team collaboration skills.
