A leading company in Dubai is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage executive calendars, handle communications, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves coordinating travel, preparing reports, and acting as a liaison with stakeholders.
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, travel, and appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail) on behalf of the executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Organize and support meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Assist with confidential matters and maintain discretion at all times.
Manage special projects and conduct research as needed.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal / external stakeholders.
Track expenses and prepare expense reports.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organization
