Job Responsibilities

1. Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content across various formats, including corporate videos, interviews, event coverage, and social media content.
2. Collaborate with clients and creative teams to develop engaging video concepts.
3. Set up and operate various video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.
4. Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets project objectives.
5. Manage post-production tasks, including editing, color correction, sound design, and adding graphics or special effects.
6. Maintain an organized archive of videos.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video production work across different formats and platforms.
• Proficiency in directing, filming, and editing various content types.
• Knowledge of different camera types, lenses, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required during events.
• Preferred certifications (optional but a plus):
  • Certified Professional Videographer (CPV)
  • Certified Digital Video Production Specialist (CDVP)
  • Any relevant training in cinematography, color grading, or motion graphics
