Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Cloud Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Financials and hands-on experience in leading full-cycle implementations. This role requires a consultant who can bridge the gap between business and technology—driving financial transformation, leading client engagements, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax modules).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze finance-related requirements.
Provide strategic guidance on finance process improvements leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, offering functional expertise and leadership.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, create functional design documents, and configure applications accordingly.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper integration and reporting requirements are met.
Train and mentor junior consultants and client team members.
Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure project success.
If experienced, provide support on Project Financial Management or Project Portfolio Management modules for added value.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in ERP / Finance transformation with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
Proficiency in core modules : General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
Knowledge of Project Financials / PPM is a strong advantage.
Proven experience in leading at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a client-facing, leadership role with cross-functional teams.
Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials is a plus.
