Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets by managing a sales pipeline and closing deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients by understanding their needs and providing optimal solutions.
  • Develop new customer leads for the sales and business development team.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge related to HVAC O&G requirements.
  • Conduct market analysis, particularly for the Abu Dhabi area, to enhance market coverage.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments, deliver initial presentations, and understand account requirements.
  • Utilize strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in sales analytics tools.
  • Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Participate in business development activities within defined customer segments to support strategic goals.
Qualifications:
