HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Driven by a strong Performance Mindset, you will be responsible for co-constructing and executing performance media and CRM strategies in collaboration with markets and key regional stakeholders.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION

Amongst various responsibilities, your main mission is to align digital activations with business goals, drive engagement, loyalty, and conversion while achieving set KPIs.

In this capacity, you will lead performance marketing efforts across paid search, social media, CRM, and SEO, ensuring a seamless and data-driven approach to omnichannel activations.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director or Media & Digital Activations, you are a strategic thinking partner and hands-on marketer with deep expertise in performance media, digital marketing, and CRM strategy. You are highly adaptable, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to deliver against the below responsibilities:

Performance Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across search, social, and programmatic channels for campaign and always-on activations.
  • Collaborate with the media planning team to build a full-funnel strategy, defining channel roles, audience segmentation, targeting, and budget allocation to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with the E-commerce team to optimize SEO, reduce dependency on paid channels, and enhance the end-to-end customer experience from media to site.
  • Improve lower-funnel media strategies to drive conversion and online sales.
  • Lead the development of a media testing roadmap, focusing on attribution modelling, marketing measurement, beta tests, and conversion lift studies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external media agencies, ensuring close collaboration, clear scope management, and effective campaign execution.
  • Drive acquisition strategy through customized search approaches, social always-on activations, first-party data use cases, and CAPI.

CRM Strategy & Activation

  • Build and implement a regional CRM strategy in collaboration with markets, HQ and CRM agencies based on client's data (client profiles, lifecycle, purchase path).
  • With the CRM Campaign Manager, scrutinize each global client journeys and campaigns (emailing, Social & clienteling) and optimize by using all the available tactical tools and HQ capabilities such as A/B testing, personalization & scoring to maximize engagement and ROI of each communication.
  • Define and execute client-centric CRM campaigns, focusing on engagement, loyalty, and personalized customer experiences.
  • Develop client segmentation and targeting strategies aligned with business objectives to deliver more personalized journeys.
  • Manage and optimize the CRM technology stack, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance performance and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with the content teams on creative development, ensuring local relevance in messaging, content, and copy.
  • Establish a test-and-learn approach for CRM campaigns, focusing on innovation and data-driven improvements.
  • Unlock new opportunities for client recruitment & data capture and develop activation plans to improve engagement and loyalty.
  • Build multi-faceted customer journeys that integrate seamlessly across touchpoints.

Reporting, Analytics & Optimization

  • Build unified reporting templates and relevant dashboards to track performance, define KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, summarizing key trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness & performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead performance reviews, such QBRs and annual assessment sessions with agencies and media partners.
  • Leverage audience insights to refine targeting and continuously improve media and CRM strategies.

Platform Expertise & Community Engagement

  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with key platforms: Google Ads, Campaign Manager, DV360, Salesforce (Service & Marketing Cloud), Google Analytics 4, Power BI, ASANA, Looker and other relevant tools.
  • Design and implement a media upskilling program to enhance the expertise of internal teams and the broader department.
  • Identify training needs, organize workshops, and ensure the team remains up to date with the latest media and CRM developments.
  • Distribute monthly newsletters to share updates on media and CRM trends, luxury industry insights, and platform innovations.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US

  • You are passionate about Media Performance and Client Journeys with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Media, performance marketing, CRM, or a Media/CRM consultancy. Prior experience in the Luxury Retail industry is a plus.
  • You are a real subject matter expert with a strong expertise in performance marketing channels (Search, Social, Programmatic, and SEO) that enjoys collaboration and building bridges across the wider Marketing, Communications and Client scope.
  • You have a strong analytical acumen, working with large data sets paired with an ability to translate and simplify complex, technical concepts and insights into different narratives for different audiences.
  • You are solution-oriented and constantly look for ways to enhance client journeys and bring innovation to your mtier.
  • You have prior experience establishing strong cross-functional working relationships and managing external agencies.
  • You are proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and connecting to external data sources.
  • You are fluent in reading, writing and speaking English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
