Position :

Senior Legal Consultant

Salary :

10,000 - 15,000 AED

Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including commercial agreements, legal notices, memorandums, Wills, powers of attorney, and other legal instruments.
• Lead and manage a team of Legal Consultants and Paralegals, reporting to the Head of the Legal Department.
• Provide expert legal advice tailored to clients’ needs.
• Stay updated on UAE legislative and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Oversee legal correspondence and maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor, addressing client concerns and providing strategic recommendations.
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and partnership.
• Mentor junior team members and share expertise in legal domains.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master’s degree or certification (e.g., LLM) preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
