Your Mission: Empower Smooth Transitions & Build Exceptional Employee Journeys

As our People Experience Specialist, you'll be the face of our employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring our team members feel welcomed, supported, and inspired regardless of location. You'll manage onboarding, relocation, daily support, and cultural engagement activities.

The role is based in Spain, Barcelona.

What You'll Be Owning

Seamless Transitions: Pre-onboarding to Offboarding
  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding and offboarding experiences that reflect our culture and values.
  • Manage the process ensuring all local compliance, documentation, and registrations are in place.
  • Connect employees with relevant communities, such as coworking spaces and team chat channels.
Global Mobility & Legalization
  • Support team members with relocation processes, guiding them through each step.
  • Coordinate with relocation agencies to ensure smooth moves.
  • Monitor relocation budgets and update tracking tools accurately.
Everyday People Support
  • Handle employee documentation requests, like salary certificates and employment proofs.
  • Maintain welcoming and functional hubs that foster productivity and well-being.
Team Culture & On-the-Ground Engagement
  • Organize team events, source venues, and vendors to create memorable experiences.
  • Address logistical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Act as a Culture Ambassador, promoting company values across locations.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with employee relocation and international employment support.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
