About The Role
The HR Operations Manager will provide overall leadership and direction to the HR Operations team at Atlantis Dubai. Responsibilities include overseeing colleague issues, SAP management, payroll, benefits administration, and delivering high levels of customer service. The role emphasizes compliance, quality service, and strategic operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with other HR Operations Managers to provide strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality HR services aligned with policies, regulations, and SLAs.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Government Relations to improve processes.
- Manage colleague issues, SAP processes, payroll, leave, and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain data accuracy in SAP, implement checks, and train team members to prevent discrepancies.
- Enhance onboarding and offboarding procedures for efficiency and a seamless colleague experience.
- Conduct exit interviews and escalate concerns to Employee Relations as needed.
- Set objectives, guide team leaders, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements.
- Use data analytics to identify issues and drive service and colleague experience improvements.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams for seamless HR process execution.
- Audit HR systems and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency, implementing corrective actions.
- Update HR policies to comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare for audits and liaise with management to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Participate in strategic planning and report to senior management.
