Job Title: Business Operations Manager (English & Arabic Speaking)

Skyports Drone Services: uses drones to streamline logistics, capture data, and enhance operational efficiency, focusing on rural deliveries, surveying, surveillance, and maritime services.

Skyports Infrastructure: designs, builds, owns, and operates vertiports that enable eVTOL operators to take off and land in cities worldwide.

The Role:

  • We are expanding our Middle East office in Dubai and are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support regional growth. The role encompasses finance, people, admin, and office management responsibilities. We seek a dynamic individual eager to contribute to our rapidly growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Manage office-related bill payments, including mobile phones, lease, utilities, and office supplies.
  • Co-manage corporate bank accounts.
  • Assist with statutory filings and support company accountants.
  • Create and manage invoices, follow up on unpaid invoices.
  • Perform other finance-related duties as needed.

People / Admin:

  • Coordinate with the UK office on job descriptions, postings, applicant assessments, and interviews.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including visa and work permit applications and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate payroll changes with the UK office.
  • Implement people policies and manage related government paperwork.
  • Organize travel arrangements and oversee the Dubai office's physical assets.
  • Manage administrative duties, liaise with IT, oversee facility management, and organize company events.

Office Management:

  • Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Arrange room bookings and manage facilities.
  • Organize team activities and social events.

Other:

  • Support regional entity incorporations.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

About You:

  • 5+ years in similar roles (business operations, office management, accounting assistance).
  • Diploma or higher; degree and accounting certification preferred.
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • UAE visa application experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, mature.
  • Problem solver, flexible, able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
