Site Supervisor (Fit-out) Vacancy in Ajman, UAE

Avance World is a fast-growing indoor company seeking a full-time, detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Fit-out) to oversee our building jobs in Ajman. This is a terrific opportunity for long-term employment with space to grow and excel!

Responsibilities:

1. Keeping track of on-site everyday tasks and reporting progress status to the interior fit-out jobs.
2. Supervising the progression of all construction tasks.
3. Ensuring all on-site employees follow health and safety regulations.
4. Conducting site assessments to ensure it is free from safety risks.
5. Managing any on-site incidents with utmost care and awareness.
6. Maintaining an accurate attendance record of all construction site workers.
7. Evaluating daily construction work and recommending any improvement actions.
8. Ensuring project completion based on the established timeline.
9. Communicating progress reports to the Construction Project Manager.
10. Attending any on-site meetings or events.

Minimum Experience and Education:

1. 3 years strong job history.
2. Masters/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Draughtsmanship.
3. Computer proficiency.

Requirements:

1. 1 Year UAE Experience.
2. Site Guidance Experience.
3. Ability to comply with instructions from the Designer and work within a team.
4. Superb communication skills.
5. High attention to detail and business skills.
6. Capability to troubleshoot.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary client service.
