Within the Gulf Baking Center team, you are responsible for the expertise support to industrial customers within the Gulf area. You will work in close collaboration with the Industrial Key Account Manager.
You will actively participate in product development (yeast and ingredients) in product launches with industrial customers in your area in close collaboration with the formulation team and the sales department.
Key responsibilities
Qualifications:
Holding a baking certificate, you have a minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial breadmaking.
You master breadmaking techniques and associated ingredients (enzymes, sourdough) and understand the baking industrial processes.
You are client-oriented with excellent communication skills and are able to adapt to various interlocutors in a multicultural context. You enjoy transferring your know-how and experience with our internal collaborators.
You are able to work on cross-functional projects requiring autonomy, initiative, and anticipation.
You ensure the reliability and accuracy of information and are used to working with Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
You have a keen sense of confidentiality.
Additional Information:
Frequent trips to be planned within the Gulf area.
