We are seeking a proactive Business Developer supporting the Regional General Manager to drive growth and identify new business opportunities within the Middle East market. Working closely as an OFE with the Regional General Manager in strategic projects, you will focus on creating innovative business models, expanding market presence, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our strategical objectives and contribute to our Mission and Vision in Bosch Middle East.


Business Growth & Market Opportunities:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business models and market trends specific to the Middle East region.
  • Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities and develop tailored strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to expand market reach.

Strategic Support & Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the GM to shape and execute business strategies aligned with regional objectives.
  • Provide insights for decision-making considering economic and strategic factors.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Communication & Networking:

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports to support business initiatives.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen our market presence.
Qualifications
  • You have a strong ability to conduct thorough market research, interpret complex data, and formulate actionable strategies that drive business growth.
  • Your excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills allow you to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and influence decisions.
  • You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and can seamlessly collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives.
  • You are fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic or German considered a strong advantage for enhancing regional communication.
  • You bring a university degree and 8-10 years of proven business development or market analysis experience, with a strong preference for experience within the Middle East market.
