If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy
  2. Create visual concepts for promotional activities
  3. Manage the digital marketing calendar
  4. Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company
  5. Oversee the creation and maintenance of social media content
  6. Create and update digital marketing reports
  7. Oversee the digital marketing budget
  8. Coordinate the creation of digital content (website, blogs, press releases, podcasts)
  9. Manage end-to-end digital projects
  10. Establish and enhance web presence to boost brand awareness
  11. Maintain a strong online voice through social media
  12. Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams for brand consistency
  13. Implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  14. Measure and report campaign performance against goals (ROI, KPIs)
  15. Stay updated with digital media developments
  16. Optimize landing pages and user funnels
  17. Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments
  18. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
  19. Utilize website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console)
  20. Use SEO analysis tools (e.g., Semrush)
  21. Work with Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads
  22. Set up and optimize Google Ads and Display Network campaigns
  23. Apply strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  24. Collaborate with internal teams for landing page creation and user experience optimization
  25. Coordinate with agencies and vendor partners
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media Marketing, or a related field
  2. At least 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
  3. Experience with marketing automation software
  4. Proficiency with Google Ads and Analytics
  5. Knowledge of web publishing
  6. Proficiency with SEO & SEM tools
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  8. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  11. Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Manager

  16. Proficiency with office tools (spreadsheets, presentations)
