If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy
- Create visual concepts for promotional activities
- Manage the digital marketing calendar
- Maintain the online presence and reputation of the company
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of social media content
- Create and update digital marketing reports
- Oversee the digital marketing budget
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (website, blogs, press releases, podcasts)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Establish and enhance web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online voice through social media
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams for brand consistency
- Implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Measure and report campaign performance against goals (ROI, KPIs)
- Stay updated with digital media developments
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels
- Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
- Utilize website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Use SEO analysis tools (e.g., Semrush)
- Work with Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads
- Set up and optimize Google Ads and Display Network campaigns
- Apply strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with internal teams for landing page creation and user experience optimization
- Coordinate with agencies and vendor partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media Marketing, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Experience with marketing automation software
- Proficiency with Google Ads and Analytics
- Knowledge of web publishing
- Proficiency with SEO & SEM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proven experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Manager
- Knowledge of web design and content management systems
- Skills in visual communication principles, UX/UI, and content management (e.g., WordPress)
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Basic skills in photo and video editing
- Proficiency with office tools (spreadsheets, presentations)
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, with strong analytical skills
- Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar media editing software
