About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking, digitally savvy Marketing Lead to spearhead UAS's global marketing strategy and execution. As a Marketing Leader, you will shape and deliver a bold, integrated 360 marketing vision that builds brand equity, drives revenue growth, and strengthens market positioning across all touchpoints. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, social media, brand communication, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic & 360 Marketing Leadership
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive, global 360 marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  3. Lead brand positioning and messaging across digital, traditional, and experiential channels to ensure consistency and impact.
  4. Leverage consumer, category, and competitor insights to refine marketing strategies and identify market opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  1. Oversee all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and retargeting.
  2. Drive growth and engagement across all social media platforms through innovative content, influencer partnerships, and real-time engagement.
  3. Monitor digital performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to maximize digital impact.

Integrated Campaign Management

  1. Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating offline and online initiatives for maximum reach and conversion.
  2. Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns across platforms.

Brand Development & Corporate Communications

  1. Strengthen UAS global brand presence through consistent tone, visual identity, and messaging.
  2. Manage corporate communications, public relations, and media relationships to enhance brand credibility and visibility.
  3. Oversee internal marketing efforts to ensure brand values are embedded within the organization.

Event & Activation Management

  1. Plan and manage the UAS presence at major global events and exhibitions to reinforce brand authority and generate leads.
  2. Execute sponsorships, brand activations, and experiential marketing initiatives that align with brand values and KPIs.

Leadership, Analytics & Budget Management

  1. Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team; set KPIs, evaluate performance, and promote continuous improvement.
  2. Own and manage the global marketing budget; track expenditures, ensure ROI, and reallocate resources based on performance insights.
  3. Utilize analytics and marketing intelligence tools to drive data-backed decision making and reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Digital-first mindset with deep knowledge of digital platforms, performance marketing, and trends.
  2. Strategic thinker with the ability to connect long-term vision with short-term execution.
  3. Strong leadership and team-building skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  4. Creative and analytical balance; capable of crafting compelling content and measuring its effectiveness.
  5. Excellent understanding of brand management, storytelling, and consumer behavior.
  6. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Zoho Marketing Automation, SEMrush, Canva/Adobe Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
  8. Solid knowledge of CRM systems, CMS platforms, and lead funnel optimization.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a strong plus.
  2. Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  3. Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, social media, and integrated campaign management.
  4. Experience in aviation, travel, technology, or other premium service industries is preferred.
  5. Demonstrated success in managing global marketing initiatives, budgets, and high-performing teams.
  6. Strong portfolio showcasing strategic campaigns, digital growth, and brand storytelling.
