About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking, digitally savvy Marketing Lead to spearhead UAS's global marketing strategy and execution. As a Marketing Leader, you will shape and deliver a bold, integrated 360 marketing vision that builds brand equity, drives revenue growth, and strengthens market positioning across all touchpoints. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, social media, brand communication, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & 360 Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, global 360 marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead brand positioning and messaging across digital, traditional, and experiential channels to ensure consistency and impact.
- Leverage consumer, category, and competitor insights to refine marketing strategies and identify market opportunities.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and retargeting.
- Drive growth and engagement across all social media platforms through innovative content, influencer partnerships, and real-time engagement.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to maximize digital impact.
Integrated Campaign Management
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating offline and online initiatives for maximum reach and conversion.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns across platforms.
Brand Development & Corporate Communications
- Strengthen UAS global brand presence through consistent tone, visual identity, and messaging.
- Manage corporate communications, public relations, and media relationships to enhance brand credibility and visibility.
- Oversee internal marketing efforts to ensure brand values are embedded within the organization.
Event & Activation Management
- Plan and manage the UAS presence at major global events and exhibitions to reinforce brand authority and generate leads.
- Execute sponsorships, brand activations, and experiential marketing initiatives that align with brand values and KPIs.
Leadership, Analytics & Budget Management
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team; set KPIs, evaluate performance, and promote continuous improvement.
- Own and manage the global marketing budget; track expenditures, ensure ROI, and reallocate resources based on performance insights.
- Utilize analytics and marketing intelligence tools to drive data-backed decision making and reporting.
Skills & Competencies:

- Solid knowledge of CRM systems, CMS platforms, and lead funnel optimization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, social media, and integrated campaign management.
- Experience in aviation, travel, technology, or other premium service industries is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing global marketing initiatives, budgets, and high-performing teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic campaigns, digital growth, and brand storytelling.
