Job description

We are currently recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing distribution business based in Dubai South. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with solid experience in the F&B or FMCG sectors looking to step into a regional role with high visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full cycle of financial and management reporting including budgeting forecasting and capital planning.

  • Oversee daily accounting functions including AP/AR treasury and general ledger activities.

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with global standards and internal deadlines.

  • Manage and improve internal controls risk assessments and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor and manage cash flow working capital and fund transfers across business units.

  • Support pricing strategies and customer sales pricing processes.

  • Handle landed cost calculations and inventory cost accuracy.

  • Liaise with external auditors banks and regulatory bodies.

  • Coach and guide finance team members and ensure performance goals are met.


RequirementsTo be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
  • Qualified finance professional (CA CPA CIMA ACCA or equivalent).

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant finance experience ideally within the F&B or FMCG sector.

  • Handson knowledge of Oracle ERP systems and multinational reporting standards.

  • Strong skills in Excel and financial planning/analysis.

  • Exposure to US GAAP IAS or SAS is a plus.

  • Confident communicator with leadership skills and a problemsolving mindset.

  • Willingness to occasionally travel across GCC markets.
