About the Role

We are seeking a professional and responsible Driver - Light Vehicle to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a light vehicle driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers or goods to various destinations within the city and surrounding areas.

• Operate light vehicles safely and efficiently to transport passengers or deliver goods
• Navigate through Abu Dhabi's road network using GPS and local knowledge
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks before and after trips
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and any incidents or delays
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or goods when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior

What do we need from you

• Valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle class
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a light vehicle driver
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of Abu Dhabi's road network and local traffic regulations
• Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems
• Basic vehicle maintenance skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service orientation with good communication abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
• Defensive driving certification (preferred)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading when necessary
• Calm and composed demeanor, especially in high-traffic situations
