Job Mission
As a Senior CRM Executive at Hantec Trader, you will be a key driver of our customer lifecycle strategyleading the planning, execution, and optimisation of all CRM initiatives across digital touchpoints. With a strong grasp of CRM technology and customer data, you will help architect personalised experiences that engage, retain, and grow our user base. You'll work across teams to ensure our CRM systems are scalable, automated, and aligned with business goalsleveraging tools like MoEngage, Braze, or Clevertap, as well as data analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute data-driven, cross-channel CRM strategies across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Define and map customer journeys and lifecycle stages, building tailored automation flows for each touchpoint.
- Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to define CRM event requirements, integrate SDKs, and ensure accurate event tracking across platforms.
- Create and manage advanced audience segments using behavioral data, RFM analysis, and cohort trends to increase campaign precision.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for crafting high-performing, personalised copy at scale, across languages and personas.
- Partner with content, design, and product teams to deliver relevant, localised, and high-converting CRM creatives.
- Monitor and report on CRM KPIs (e.g., open rate, CTR, conversion rate, churn) and continuously improve based on insights.
- Ensure platform hygiene and documentation, including naming conventions, audience libraries, and automation flows.
- Support the development and testing of CRM strategies for new products or partner campaigns.
- Stay ahead of CRM and martech trends to continuously enhance Hantec's lifecycle marketing playbook.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- 4+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a fast-paced digital business (fintech/trading preferred).
- In-depth understanding of CRM architecture, SDK integration, and event-based campaign logic.
- Hands-on expertise in one or more CRM platforms (MoEngage preferred, Braze, Clevertap).
- Strong experience in customer journey mapping, behaviour-based automation, and campaign orchestration.
- Familiarity with RFM analysis, churn prediction models, and customer segmentation techniques.
- Deep understanding of WhatsApp for Business API and compliant messaging frameworks.
- Proven success in increasing engagement, retention, and monetisation through CRM-led programs.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical and growth mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good to Have
- Proficiency in SQL for campaign logic, audience queries, or performance analysis.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience integrating CRM workflows with internal data lakes or CDPs.
- Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and communication compliance across regions.
