About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the sales cycle from Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) accounts, effectively promoting and closing deals for our SaaS product.
Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in the UAE market.
Research and identify key contacts across various verticals, and secure appointments through effective outreach strategies. (Cold call, Email, networking, etc.)
Understand and articulate client-specific pain points, tailoring our SaaS solutions to address their unique needs and demonstrating the product's value proposition.
Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations showcasing the features and benefits of our SaaS offering for prospective customers.
Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and pipeline progress within our CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed established monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
Act as a valuable conduit for client feedback, providing insights to the product team to help shape future development.
Requirements:
Candidate - Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Previous experience of min 1-3 years in a B2B sales role is essential. SaaS or software sales experience is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated strength in communication, cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition on and negotiation techniques.
Possess a confident, self-motivated attitude with a strong focus on achieving KPI's.
