About This Opportunity

We are seeking an IT Engineer Graduate to perform IT services such as operations support, maintenance, and administration of customer systems. The position involves working on customer premises or remotely, providing support, maintenance, and optimization of customer products and systems. The engineer will validate change requests, implement them, identify anomalies, and perform initial diagnoses.

What You Will Do

• Support and maintain IT systems under third-party supervision.
• Perform routine tasks like health checks and maintenance.
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts.
• Resolve customer trouble tickets and complaints via email.
• Handle service requests from users.
• Assist with capacity planning and product selection.
• Document system impacts and write technical documentation.
• Oversee testing and automation processes.
• Define test strategies and analyze results, sharing critical metrics with the customer.
