Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, training and motivating agents, and ensuring team targets are met or exceeded. This role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate agents.
  • Set weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and track performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and professional development to improve team performance.
  • Assist agents in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
  • Analyze sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and market conditions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license (if required by region).
