Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days max
We are looking for a Senior Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically within the HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven track record in implementing and supporting complex Oracle HR projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle HR modules, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Self Service.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and enhance HR processes using Oracle HRMS.
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts for customization, reporting, and data manipulation.
- Configure and manage AME (Approval Management Engine) and Workflow processes.
- Ensure compliance with HCM operational business practices and support change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience with Oracle HRMS modules of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.
- Proficient in Oracle EBS Core HR, Payroll, and Self Service modules.
- Experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle HR Modules.
- Strong technical knowledge in PL/SQL, AME, and Workflow.
- In-depth understanding of HCM operational business practices.
- Proven experience in managing long-term, complex projects related to Oracle Applications.
