Data Scientist

Can you turn messy SEO data into clear, actionable growth wins?

We're looking for a Data Scientist who can take large, unstructured SEO datasets and extract insights that drive rankings, traffic, and revenue. You'll work closely with our SEO strategists to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and measure what actually moves the needle.

We're a strategy-first digital agency trusted by private equity firms and 8-figure ecom brands. We hire smart, self-managing people who want freedom, not babysitting. You'll own your outcomes, go deep into data, and help shape SEO strategy at a high level.

Compensation & Next Steps
  • Contract, based on experience
  • Part-time trial period (paid), then full-time contract

The Role
What You'll Own
  • Building data models that forecast SEO impact and ROI
  • Automating the analysis of rankings, traffic, and content performance
  • Identifying patterns across SERP behavior, competitors, and user intent
  • Creating dashboards that guide strategic SEO decisions
  • Running statistical tests to validate SEO experiments
Ideal Profile
Who You Are
  • 2+ years working with SEO or digital marketing datasets
  • Advanced skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar)
  • Experience with web scraping, APIs (Google Search Console, GA4), and NLP
  • Comfortable presenting technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus: Familiarity with content clustering, internal linking, and topical authority
