Job Description

What's on Your Plate

1. Have an enforcement presence that discourages illegitimate behavior on/off the field. This may mean issuing warnings to riders breaking guidelines.
2. Evaluate local traffic and road safety concerns, observe problem areas, behaviors, and provide inputs.
3. Check and ensure riders are using all talabat branded gear (uniform, bag, box, mask, gloves, etc.). Flag non-talabat riders using talabat rider gear to maintain brand consistency.
4. Identify riders not maintaining hygiene standards of their uniform, food bag/box, and bikes, and ensure timely servicing.
5. Verify rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya, etc.) on the spot as per local laws.
6. Monitor and control rider behavior towards restaurants/customers and vice versa.
7. Visit high restaurant density areas during peak demand times to ensure riders maintain safe distances.
8. Assist rider community (regardless of company affiliation) in emergency situations (accidents, breakdowns, etc.).
9. Perform vital public services such as protecting life and property and assisting people in need (community support).
10. Maintain a visible presence on the ground as Talabat's representative.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider and 2-3 years as a fleet/security coordinator.
2. Presentable with good physical fitness.
3. Disciplined, organized, with strong ethics.
4. Ability to maintain professional standards even during stressful situations.
5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Hindi/Urdu are required; Arabic is a plus.
6. Proficient in recording, reporting, and analyzing data.
7. Persuasive skills to coach non-compliant riders effectively.
8. Valid Driving License.
