Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Astute in multiple project management, business development, value engineering, business planning, forecasting, strategic direction setting, financial management, sub-contractor/vendor management, and project risk management.
2. Lead the development of business strategy for all projects, respond to development briefs, finalize contracts and negotiations, and maintain high involvement from concept through completion.
3. Direct the planning and execution of projects from inception to handover.
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project progress, including planning, organizing, resourcing, leading, and monitoring projects to ensure safe delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality standards.
5. Conduct risk assessments to ensure systems are in place to address issues throughout the contract lifecycle and develop mitigation plans to minimize risks.
6. Manage and coordinate design, production, and construction processes within the Design and Planning Department, acting as the link between the client and all design staff. Oversee external consultants and engineering contractors to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
7. Liaise with authorities to obtain necessary NOCs and building permits.
8. Conduct regular progress meetings with project heads to support timely project completion.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA preferred), or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 20 years of related experience.
3. Extensive executive management experience (10+ years).
4. Extensive experience in the Real Estate Industry (10+ years).
5. Strong visionary leadership qualities and entrepreneurial mindset.
6. Political awareness, professional expertise, financial orientation, self-starting initiative, cross-cultural awareness, organization skills, and team spirit.
7. Ability to select, develop, and motivate management talent to achieve company objectives.
8. Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
